Hi yall,

just wanted to let you know , i just downloaded oqueue and it says i dont have a battle.tag even tho i do.
my battle.tag is Jayleno#2410
Can you please fix it?

if battle.net isn't online, then you technically don't have a battle.tag.

since oQueue is acutely tuned to battle.net, any glitch battle.net experiences that would normally go unnoticed becomes amplified as users are notified when they bring up oQueue and b.net is offline

sometimes it will come back within 5-30 seconds. other times, it's just gone. in those situations, you'll need to exit to the password and log back in (you get a new b.net connection when you type the password)
